AINIZE CIDONCHA - EFFICIENT AND ELEGANT FILTERS

Ainize is a Commercial Analyst for Global during the day and Consultant for ISGlobal at night. She is passionate about analytics, decision making, data, frameworks, and having an impact through numbers. So far, she has worked in Bilbao, Utrecht, Barcelona, Chicago and London and loved each one. See her demo dashboard here.


MARK EDWARDS - MAKING SENSE OF MAPS FOR USERS

Mark is a relatively recent convert to Tableau. Without much cause to use it in work, he spent a lot of time immersed in it at home, and quickly discovered the wonderful online Tableau Community.
 
Publishing his work in Tableau Public helped him find a Tableau-related career-move and he's now the Head of Data Visualisation at CACI.


NATASHA KURAKINA - DESIGNING FOR MOBILE

Natasha moved to London two years ago to complete a Masters in Finance. After graduating, she discovered Tableau and has never gone back to finance.

Natasha likes strategy games and is a consultant analyst at the Information Lab.


JOANNA HEMINGWAY - HOW TO ACE THE TABLEAU EXAM

Joanna is a data analyst at Just Eat, and has just passed the Tableau Qualified Associate Exam with flying colours.

 


PABLO SAENZ DE TEJADA - USING DATA TO COUNTERACT BIAS

Pablo is a Spanish sociologist who moved to London in 2015 to join The Information Lab. 

Before this, he spent 8 years working as a market research quantitative consultant for clients from healthcare to IT and retail.


PINAR HOSAFCI - AUTOMATING IN DEPTH REPORTING

Pinar is a food analyst at Euromonitor and a free diver. Her favourite place for free diving is Indonesia.

Charlie is an ex-lab-scientist, and currently an analyst at SwiftKey, who were recently acquired by Microsoft.


HASHU SHENKAR

Hash is a consulting analyst at The Information Lab, helping clients make sense of their data using Tableau and Alteryx. Download his demo workbook here.


MARK WOODBRIDGE

Mark is a computer scientist turned data wrangler, who has previously worked in education, finance and academia. He is now co-ordinating data-driven research at IAVI, a global non-profit dedicated to HIV vaccine development.


CHRIS LAMBERT

Chris is an analytics manager at Tesco, and previously worked in Big Data at Trip advisor and in Forensic Data at EY. He runs the travel blog etrip.tips


AMANDA PATIST

Amanda is a consulting analyst at The Information Lab and a Tableau Public Ambassador. In a previous life she was a biologist and a PhD. She blogs at alpatist.wordpress.com and her Tableau public page is here.


DALTON COKER

Dalton is a data officer at the big data and analytical unit in the centre for health policy at Imperial College London.

PETER GAMBLE-BERESFORD

Peter is currently at UBS on his first client engagement with The Information Lab’s Data School.

Graeme is Principal Consultant at BravoSolution - a world leading provider of Supply Management software and services.

Graeme is leading work streams to integrate Tableau into BravoSolution’s software including delivering a ‘standard’ Tableau reporting suite as well as providing design and visualisation guidance to internal consultants.

A freelance Infographics and Data Designer, Caroline is a former broadcast journalist turned infographics designer working with a range organisations (including Oxfam, Sunday Mirror) to present their information using static and interactive graphics.


EMILY CHEN: A NEW TYPE OF CHART

Emily is a Consulting Analyst with The Information Lab as part of the Data School program. She's currently client side at KPMG Capital building visualisations to bring machine learning algorithms to life. Before Tableau, she worked in e-commerce at Best Buy Canada. DAMA SATHIANATHAN: DATA VIZ MAGIC WITH TABLEAU

Dama works in the comms and campaigns team for HelpAge International, a global network of civil society organisations working for the rights of older people worldwide. A European in London, she’s interested in all things #digital, #dataviz, #techforgood, #techfugees and #commisaid and is a strong advocate for the abolition of comic sans.


ELYSSA FIGUEIRA: TOOLTIP TOP TIPS

Elyssa is an online trading analyst covering interactive trade and event reporting. She is also a 5-a-side football 'performance analyst'. The dashboard Elyssa presented can be found here.


NAI LOUZA: DESIGNING FOR ACCESSIBILITY

Nai is a data analytics specialist, with a postgrad degree from UCL. As a data analyst with The Information Lab, Nai has collaborated with clients in a variety of industries from pharmaceuticals to community support work. 


SOPHIE SPARKES: DO IT IN PUBLIC

Sophie Sparkes loves making data accessible. She works at Tableau on the Tableau Public team where she helps journalists, non-profits and bloggers visualise their data to tell insightful stories. She has a background in analytics and government.
